Ingredients

  • 25 ml - Lime Juice
  • 50 ml - Pisco
  • 1 piece - Egg White
  • 20 ml - Simple Syrup
  • 3 dash - Angostura Bitter

Preparation Steps

  1. Step 1: Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Step 2: Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to create a frothy texture.
  3. Step 3: Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
  4. Step 4: Add 2–3 drops of Angostura bitters on top of the foam. Optionally, swirl with a toothpick for a decorative effect.
