Ingredients
- 25 ml - Lime Juice
- 50 ml - Pisco
- 1 piece - Egg White
- 20 ml - Simple Syrup
- 3 dash - Angostura Bitter
Preparation Steps
- Step 1: Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- Step 2: Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to create a frothy texture.
- Step 3: Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
- Step 4: Add 2–3 drops of Angostura bitters on top of the foam. Optionally, swirl with a toothpick for a decorative effect.
